First off, I just want to say: you’re on fire with this one.

I rarely see movies at the movie theater anymore because I’m lazy and I can’t get through more than an hour of watching anything without having to hit pause and the head. However, The Northman is on my list of Must Go to Theater movies since reading a recent NYTimes interview with Skarsgard who describes the experience as 6 grueling months in freezing mud. Eggers is an absolute fanatic when it comes to detail and historical accuracy. I’ve seen The Witch and The Lighthouse and Big Little Lies. I’m a fan of Skarsgard and Eggers. I’m really looking forward to seeing The Northman on a big screen.
