Well, no it won't as Masada is no longer a Roman garrison but the region has seen the rise and fall of many civilizations and centuries of conquest and collapse. Never again will the Jews be massacred as they were during the Holocaust - something I too sincerely hope. But I can also hope that the descendants of the people who suffered such horrors would not become perpetrators of atrocities in the name of self-defense. One can hold both thoughts simultaneously without conflict.
